The Corrective Exercise Specialist program is broken down into thirteen (13) individual lessons consisting of instructional videos, corresponding student notes, program samples, and quizzes.
You can study at your own pace and access the videos, notes, and quiz for each lesson at your convenience. Additionally, you can take the quizzes as many times as necessary to pass each section.
