Payments & Fees
Participants who have made payment for course are considered registered. Payment includes course materials, exam fees and admission to practical course.

In the event that claims are made unavailable, participants have to pay the remaining balance fees by cash.
By making payment for the course, partial or otherwise, you acknowledge that there is strictly no refund. Course materials/registration cannot be transferred to another individual.
In some cases, a cancellation fee may be collected upfront and this will be refunded upon successful
completion of the course. Cancellation fee is forfeited otherwise.

Changes to course/exam dates are subject to an admin fee of $90.
Course Dates
Course dates are subject to change.
Usage of Names & Pictures
Participants consent to having their names and/or pictures taken during the course get published on social media platforms, websites, flyers etc. for marketing purposes.
Retest Fee
In the event of failure of the NCSF CPT test, there is a retest fee of USD99 applicable to resit the test.
No Recording
No unauthorized recording of practical workshop in any form.
Waiver & Release of Liability
By participating in any of our courses, you hereby affirm that you are voluntarily starting a course of instruction in physical fitness and performance training (The Activity). You are voluntarily participating in the Activity entirely at your own risk.

In full consideration of the risk of injury while participating in the Activity, and for the right to participate in the Activity, you hereby, for yourself, your heirs, executors, administrators, assigns, or personal representatives, knowingly and voluntarily participate in this waiver and release of liability and hereby waive any and all rights, claims or causes of action of any kind whatsoever arising out of your participation in the Activity, their affiliates, managers, members, agents, attorneys, staff, volunteers, heirs, representatives, predecessors, successors and assigns, for any kind of risks related to participating in the Activity, which may include, but are not limited to, physical or psychological injury, pain, suffering, illness, disfigurement, temporary or permanent disability, economic or emotional loss, and death.

You agree to release and discharge the trainer/instructor/gym/course provider from any and all claims or causes of action and you agree to voluntarily give up or waive any right that you may otherwise have to bring a legal action for personal injury or property damage.
